Tina Smith

Tina was born into a farming family with very meager beginnings – no air conditioning, no dishwasher, and she and her four siblings had to walk one mile to simply catch the bus to school. However, one thing that has always defined Tina is both her desire to help people and her willingness to work as hard as it takes to accomplish the task at hand. The light in her office is often on at ten o’clock at night. What truly sets Tina apart from others in the real estate industry is her sincere and compassionate view of her clients. Clients often leave their real estate transaction feeling like extended family members, and Tina loves this. She wouldn’t have it any other way. She gets so many shower and birthday invitations that she can’t keep up with them! Tina has been married to Marty for over twenty years. She met him while she was working her way through college as a dormitory resident’s assistant. They have two daughters, Rachel and Mandy. Rachel just graduated from the University of Arkansas, cum laude, on a soccer scholarship. Like her mother, Rachel has a talent for creativity and is now interning at Michael Kor’s in New York City. Mandy just finished her freshman year at the University of Arkansas, also on scholarship, with a GPA of 3.75.

Rod Gee

Roderick Gee serves as an advisor for TSR Commercial, LLC specializing in the Gaston and surrounding market areas. Mr. Gee has more than 5 years of experience in real estate. Mr. Gee has served on the board of the Mental Health Association of the Central Carolinas and is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors. Currently , he is a CCIM candidate and is scheduled to obtain this designation in the Spring of 2013.

Ron Costner

Ronald L. Costner, Sr. serves as an advisor for TSR Commercial, LLC specializing in the Gaston and surrounding county market areas. With over 12+ years of industry experience, Costner has secured over 50 transactions resulting in a career volume in excess of $20 million. Prior to joining, TSR Commercial, LLC, Costner served as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Chirico Huber Properties specializing in the sale of land and retail properties in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Active in the real estate industry, Costner serves on the Land Use Committee of the Gaston Chamber of Commerce and as a Member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. Costner earned a degree in Business and Accounting from Gaston College in Dallas, North Carolina.

Steve Stout

Stephen Stout is a 10-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining TSR Commercial, LLC as an advisor, he was the broker-in-charge at Pearson Gray & Hoyle Realty in Gastonia. Before his position at Pearson Gray & Hoyle Realty, he started Commercial Alliance, the commercial arm of Prudential Carolinas Realty in Gastonia. Before embarking upon his commercial real estate career, he had a 16-year in economic development at both the state and local levels. Stephen has closed several million dollars in transactions as a commercial real estate broker and his client list includes O’Reilly Auto Parts, CVS and Parkdale Mills, Inc., among others. Stephen is a 1982 graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a major in political science. He has served on many boards and associations throughout his professional career. He is a former board and founding member of the Carolinas chapter of CoreNet Global, the world’s premier corporate real estate organization. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and received his Commercial Certificate designation from that organization.
